Advising Appointments
Students can schedule an appointment directly with an advisor by viewing their schedules below. When scheduling your appointment, you will need to select the location from the options listed (Virtual-Zoom or Whitman Undergraduate Office Suite 215).
Summer 2024 - Meet with an Advisor
Over the summer, most of our advising will take place remotely, but we are available in person to accommodate our local students. Please read through the information below to understand your options.
Remote Advising Using Orange Success and Zoom
In an effort to be as accessible as possible, Whitman advisors are available for remote advising all summer. Students will have the option to schedule virtual appointments (rather than
in-person), using Orange Success.
Drop-In Advising
Drop-ins hours will continue throughout the summer. Drop-in hours are available Monday through Friday from 2-4 p.m. All drop-in advising will be held via Zoom. To meet virtually with an advisor, sign in to the virtual kiosk here.
How to Sign Up For Drop-In Advising
Please click the link for the virtual kiosk and enter your information which will add you to the advising queue. When it is your turn, an advisor will email you a link to their personal Zoom waiting room. If you do not click the Zoom link within a few minutes of receipt, the advisor will need to move to the next student in the queue to limit the wait time.
Advising Appointments
Advisors offer both virtual and in-person appointments scheduled through Orange Success. Students can schedule an appointment directly with your advisor by viewing their schedules to the left.
