# Martin J. Whitman School of Management > Founded in 1919, the Martin J. Whitman School of Management is the AACSB-accredited business school of Syracuse University. Whitman serves approximately 4,000 students across undergraduate, MBA, master's, doctoral, executive education, and defense programs, with an alumni network of nearly 30,000.
