Speed Networking with Seniors is a structured yet relaxed networking event designed to connect first-year and sophomore business students with senior peers across all business majors.

Speed Networking with Seniors is a structured yet relaxed networking event designed to connect first-year and sophomore business students with senior peers across all business majors.


The event will feature small tables with 1–2 senior students at each, creating a calm, conversational environment that encourages meaningful dialogue rather than high-pressure networking. Participating students will rotate through tables, giving them the opportunity to practice networking skills while learning directly from upperclassmen who have recently navigated internships, recruiting, and professional networking.


Senior participants will share insights on how they built connections, secured internships, leveraged campus and external opportunities, and how networking played a role in propelling their career development. The goal is to provide first-year and sophomore students with relatable, peer-to-peer guidance and actionable takeaways they can apply early in their academic and professional journeys.


This event is intentionally designed to be approachable, informative and confidence-building, fostering connections across class years while supporting career readiness for first-year and sophomore students.
