Stuart Tarlowe ’67 passed away on Oct. 22, 2025, at the age of 80.
Rajan Chandran ’70 MBA, ’75 Ph.D. passed away on Nov. 27, 2025, at the age of 85.
William Heisler ’70 MBA, ’72 Ph.D. passed away in March at the age of 82.
Edward J. Pettinella ’76 MBA, who passed away on Jan. 9, 2026, at the age of 74, was a member of the Martin J. Whitman School of Management Advisory Council and the Kuhn Real Estate Center Advisory Board. He received Whitman’s Jonathan J. Holtz Alumnus of the Year Award in 2013 in recognition of his career accomplishments and dedication to the University. He was also named the Dritz Trustee of the Year in 2017. Daniel Jason Beder ’92 passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 55.
Stephen C. Jones ’04 MBA/MPA passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 76.
Students
Kayla Coorigan, who passed away on Dec.24, 2025, was a senior in the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, preparing to graduate in May of 2026 with a degree in marketing management. Kayla immersed herself into internships, strengthening her understanding of navigating marketing decisions in an evolving global landscape. Outside of the classroom she was an active member of Sigma Delta Tau.
