Advising Appointments

Students can schedule an appointment directly with an advisor by viewing their schedules below. When scheduling your appointment, you will need to select the location from the options listed (Virtual or In-person).

Drop-In Advising

Drop-in advising is available Monday through Friday from 2-4 p.m. to all undergraduate and graduate students. Drop-in advising is available both in-person and virtually to be as accessible as possible.

• For in-person, sign in at the front desk of Suite 215.

How to Sign In for Virtual Drop-In Advising

Follow these steps to sign-in for virtual drop-in advising, and view this video if you need assistance.

1. Log into MySlice
2. Navigate to the Advising tile
3. On the left, select Orange Success
4. Once logged into Orange Success/Nav360, select the Appointments option which is the second option on the left side
5. Once on the Appointments page, click on the blue button that says Schedule an Appointment/View Drop-In Availability on the top right of the screen
6. IMPORTANT! Leave the options blank on the left side and select View Drop-In Times on the right side
7. Select Advising for the first question ("What type of appointment would you like to schedule?")
8. In the Service drop down, scroll to the bottom and select the LAST option Whitman - Virtual Drop-In Advising: Undergraduate Student
9. Click Find Available Time
10. Click the Whitman School of Management link
11. Click Check-in with first available to add yourself to the waiting room. When it is your turn, an advisor will email you a link to their Zoom waiting room. If you do not click the Zoom link within a 5 minutes the advisor will need to move to the next student in the queue to limit the wait time.
