WIRE Initiative

The Whitman Industry Readiness & Excellence (WIRE) Initiative is an innovative program demonstrating Whitman’s commitment to preparing students for a world of accelerating change. The WIRE initiative helps to encourage students to pursue professional certifications from industry-recognized organizations. These certifications offer tangible support and augment our students’ skillsets and abilities—in other words, industry readiness or evidence of excellence in a particular domain.

  • Microsoft Excel Associate and Expert
  • Microsoft Data Associate (Power BI)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Associate
  • Google Data Analytics
  • Google Project Management
  • Tableau
  • FINRA
  • PMP
  • ARGUS
  • Association of Supply Chain Management

 

Please note, WIRE is only available to current Whitman undergraduate and graduate students. Certain certifications require specific class standing, course completion, or experience. Students should review requirements completely before applying. To view available certifications in detail, Whitman students can log in here.
