Reservations and Payment Arrangements:
- Master ~ A Rooming List will be provided for the Award Winners. A Syracuse University credit card will be provided for final payment of the Master List.
- Guests ~ Individual Call In or booking link – Individuals will be responsible for making their own reservations. A credit card guarantee will be required at time of reservation.
- Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.; check-out time is 12 noon.
- All reservations must be made by the cut-off date of Monday, October 13, 2025 to guarantee the discounted group rate and availability of rooms. Reservations will be accepted based on Hotel Skyler’s availability after the cut-off date.
