Adam Fumarola

Prior to joining Syracuse University, Fumarola has been, since Aug. 2021, a partner at Hanover Real Estate Development, a multidisciplinary real estate development partnership. Prior to Hanover Real Estate Development, he served as senior associate vice president for real estate services and asset management at Syracuse University from 2017-21, where he created and led a department responsible for the oversight and management of non-academic real estate for the University. Prior to his role at SU, he worked at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture from 2006-17 as senior counsel and then senior director of real estate and development. Fumarola has also served as an adjunct professor at the SU College of Law and the Whitman School of Management since 2012.
