Alicin Welsh

Alicin Welsh is an associate director in the Whitman Career Center, responsible for career education, professional development and corporate engagement for Whitman's undergraduate marketing students, and managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships. She brings a wealth of experience in higher education and career development, including serving as director of experiential learning and career services for Wells College. She also worked as assistant director of experience based education for SUNY Oswego and program director for Bryant & Stratton. Additionally, she has taught courses in organizational behavior and human resource management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a master’s degree in education from SUNY Oswego. She also holds a Ph.D. in organization management from Capella University.
