Dr.Tucker currently teaches introductory marketing as well as global marketing strategy.
Most of Dr. Tucker’s research has investigated how the logistics function contributes to corporate and marketing strategies and profits. She has extensively researched the use of benchmarking to improve corporate profitability and quality. Her consulting has been both in customer satisfaction measurement and logistics strategy. Clients have included: AT&T, Xerox, GE, DuPont, numerous small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
