Kara Primrose

Kara Primrose leads the strategic direction for career services and employer engagement at the Whitman School of Management. Since joining Whitman in 2008, she has played a central role in shaping and expanding career development efforts for both undergraduate and graduate students, ensuring that student success remains at the heart of every initiative. By aligning programs with institutional goals and market trends, she drives efforts to expand and engage employer partnerships, enhance career readiness for students, and scale career services’ impact through innovation and strong collaboration.

Prior to Whitman, she spent over a decade in admissions at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she led recruitment strategies and campus programming. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
