Dr. Willie Reddic is an associate professor in the Joseph L. Lubin School of Accounting at the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University. Prior to his stint at Syracuse, he worked as an associate dean of programs and curriculum at the Driehaus College of Business and the Kellstadt College of Business at DePaul University.

Dr. Reddic has more than a decade of experience working in corporate executive training. He has worked with Jones, Lang, Lasalle (JLL), Northern Trust Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, McDonalds, Reebok, and Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). He has taught financial & managerial accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Currently, he is teaching data analytics and decision making at the graduate level at Syracuse University.

His academic research interests include the portfolio rebalancing, earnings management, and auditing in regulated environments. Dr. Reddic has conducted numerous research studies focused on portfolio rebalancing in the insurance industry, including a project that was awarded a grants by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC – CRSH) Research Grant and the MetLife Foundation. His academic research has been published in top journals and presented at prestigious academic conferences.

He is an active member of the PhD Project Faculty Alumni Association and the American Accounting Association. Dr. Reddic received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and MIS from Chico State University, his Masters’ in Finance from University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign, and his Doctorate from Syracuse University.
