- Pay a $5,000 annual membership fee
- Are expected to mentor and support students
and founders - Invited to participate at events and discussions

- University support (legal and financial resources; infrastructure; policy alignment)
- Effective leadership (guidance; training of students; angel engagement & management; domain expertise)
- Quality deal flow (due diligence; mentoring; alumni engagement; drawing high potential startups; attractiveness/motivation of angels; fit with angel backgrounds)
- Support services (pitch day; follow up; connectivity; deal support; venture and portfolio performance tracking; regulatory compliance)
- Quality student work (coursework and communication skills; promotion to right students; career interests and preparation)
- Clear expectations (student work is inherently risky; advice and research will be provided; investment recommendations must not be provided)
