The Whitman Leadership Living Learning Community (LLC) powered by PAR Tech is a first-year residential experience that connects students both inside and outside the classroom. LLC members live together in the same residence hall and enroll in a shared course focused on navigating the transition to Whitman, building leadership skills, and engaging with our network of corporate partners and alumni. It's a community designed to help students find their footing — and their people — from the very start of their Whitman journey.

Eligibility Requirements
- Space is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration given to students' academic performance in high school.
- Register for SOM 110: Whitman Leadership Seminar (1 credit) and SOM 122: Perspectives of Business and Management (3 credits).
- Required participation in a minimum of three LLC events/activities. Failure to participate may affect your ability to enroll in future LLCs.
