Opportunity Fund

Through the generosity of many alumni and friends of the Whitman School, several scholarships were created to maximize the opportunities available to our students. Most scholarships are awarded only at the time of admission to Syracuse University. The Whitman School oversees the distribution of only a few application-based awards which are listed below. Please see the criteria, timeline, and application process for each scholarship.

Please note: Funding will only be awarded to actively enrolled students. All applications require consultation with the Office of Financial Aid to determine eligibility. Applying for a specific scholarship is not a guarantee that funding will be awarded. To inquire about eligibility beyond the scope described below, please contact whitmanadvising@syr.edu
