M.S. in Real Estate
Real estate represents the world’s largest asset class, yet today’s projects demand more than traditional deal‑making. They require finance expertise, data‑driven insight and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. Whitman’s STEM‑designated Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) meets that need with a 30‑credit curriculum that unites rigorous training in valuation, investment analysis and capital markets with sustainable‑development frameworks.
Guided by award‑winning faculty and the James D. Kuhn Real Estate Center, you’ll master industry-standard platforms such as ARGUS Enterprise and S&P Capital IQ, tackle real‑world cases and culminate your studies in our ‘Doing Well by Doing Good’ capstone, where you’ll analyze how green assets deliver superior market performance. Targeted electives in property technology, asset management and sustainable infrastructure, combined with Syracuse’s proximity to major hubs like New York City and Boston, position you to create value and drive positive change across the real estate lifecycle.
