M.S. in Real Estate
Whitman School’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) is a STEM-designated, 30-credit, one-year program that equips students with the skills to create value across the real estate lifecycle and prepares them for leadership careers in asset management, development, real estate finance, investment and commercial brokerage.
Students complete core courses in finance, sustainability, and real estate, select electives aligned with their interests, engage with real-world cases, participate in experiential programs in New York City, gain proficiency in industry-standard tools such as ARGUS Enterprise and complete the signature “Doing Well by Doing Good” Capstone Project, where they apply financial and social principles to sustainable real estate investment.
Supported by the James D. Kuhn Real Estate Center and Whitman’s Career Center, the MSRE provides exceptional connections to industry leaders, alumni networks, and career opportunities.
