Anthony Viccari has most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer with Lick Honest Ice Creams based in Austin, Texas. Previously, he has held various positions in marketing, sales, and merchandising positions with Starbucks Coffee Company and Dick's Sporting Goods. He has also held a position as instructor for Hospitality Management courses in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics at Syracuse University.
Anthony has honorably served his country as a Naval Officer. He served as a Surface Warfare Officer with shipboard tours based out of Norfolk, Virginia and Yokosuka, Japan taking on leadership roles in the supply, engineering, and legal departments.
Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Anthony also holds a Master of Management in Hospitality with focus on Operations Management and Revenue Management from The Hotel School at Cornell University. His undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as certificates in International Business and West European Studies.
