What Is the Whitman Career Center?
The mission of the Whitman Career Center is to prepare students for their careers by providing transformational opportunities where students can discover their interests and engage in meaningful experiences which will connect academic knowledge with industry professions. With guidance from the career center team, in collaboration with Syracuse University faculty, staff, alumni, and dedicated corporate partners, students will develop their professional skillsets and learn to articulate experiences from their educational journey, priming them for personal and professional success in an ever-changing global business environment.
The development of your personal career plan takes time and energy, and the Whitman Career Center is here to support you. One of our front desk staff will welcome you, assess your needs, determine the best career professional to connect you with and show you how to schedule an appointment via Handshake, if needed.
