Dan has over 20 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management with a heavy focus on Demand/Supply/Finite Planning. In addition to planning, Dan has held roles in inventory/DC management and production management. He is currently a Global Supply Chain Director at Bauer Hockey in Exeter, New Hampshire. In his current role,

Dan is responsible for Bauer’s S&OP governance and supporting business planning and execution activities that achieve on-time service levels at the lowest total delivered cost. Prior to joining Bauer, Dan spent the first 15 years of his career with Nestle USA in various roles across multiple factory and head-office locations throughout the US.

Dan earned his MBA in General Management from Wake Forest University and his BS in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management from Syracuse University. In addition to his responsibilities at Bauer, Dan is an adjunct professor in Supply Chain Management at Syracuse University. His classes include: Operations & Supply Chain Management & Strategic Sourcing.
