Justin
Justin P. Saia leads European communications and CEO public relations for Schneider Electric, a global powerhouse in electrification and digitalization, and serves as an adjunct professor at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He is based in Paris, France.

Mr. Saia is a corporate affairs strategist with a demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, shaping public opinion, and building compelling brand narratives for both public and private companies.

He’s spent his career partnering with management teams and boards of directors guiding them through crises, navigating market disruptions, articulating their brand, and preserving their permission to operate.

Previous experience includes service as Vice President, Marketing Communications at Bloom Energy, the world’s leader in stationary fuel cells and Vice President, Corporate Communications for the world’s leading cyber security company, Symantec. In New York City, Mr. Saia served as Chief Operating Officer at Matrix and as Senior Director at FTI Consulting, where he provided counsel to clients around critical issues impacting their enterprise value and reputation.

As a corporate spokesperson for Nissan North America, he led efforts to blunt negative news coverage and mitigate brand damage resulting from an aggressive international corporate campaign. As a corporate spokesperson for BP America’s international response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, he formulated proactive outreach and engagement strategies to manage reputational issues and restore corporate credibility with key stakeholder constituencies, following the largest environmental disaster in U.S. history.

Mr. Saia also served as legislative assistant for a member of Congress, speechwriter for Alabama's Lieutenant Governor, and campaign staffer and spokesperson for a number of contested political elections.
