Jeffrey Kemp is a Process Improvement Specialist at the United States Army Medical Department Center and School Health Readiness Center of Excellence (AMEDDC&S HRCoE) located in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, he serves as the Lead Lean Six Sigma Instructor and teaches students from entry through graduate level.
Professor Kemp joined the AMEDDC&S HRCoE upon his retirement from the United States Army where he served for 28 years in a wide variety of command and staff positions in the training, human resources, operations, logistics and strategy areas. His last position prior to retirement was as the Lean Six Sigma Deployment Director and Master Black Belt for the United States Army Reserve.
Professor Kemp earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin and his Masters of Business Administration from Trident University International.
