Goodman Leaders Academy

Calling all future business leaders!

Whitman's Goodman Leadership Academy is an interactive and hands-on leadership development program for highly engaged second-year Whitman students. Through interactive workshops and events, students gain confidence, learn about leadership style, improve communication skills, and gain practice in creative and strategic thinking in preparation for future business careers. 

Rising sophomores will be invited to the new, yearling cohort, leading into their second year at Whitman.

Program Benefits:

• Participate in exclusive leadership development workshops with trained industry experts.
• Constructively collaborate with peers in the Academy to plan and implement a project to benefit the Whitman community.
• Participate in a free overnight leadership retreat off-campus.
• Strengthen your resume and gain experiences that will support your internship and job search.
