Goodman Leaders Academy

Calling all future business leaders!

Whitman's Goodman Leadership Academy is an interactive and hands-on leadership development program for highly engaged second-year Whitman students. Through interactive workshops and events, students gain confidence, learn about leadership style, improve communication skills, and gain practice in creative and strategic thinking in preparation for future business careers. 

Rising sophomores will be invited to the new, yearling cohort, leading into their second year at Whitman.

Members of the Goodman Leaders Academy

• Engage in exclusive leadership development workshops with trained industry experts.   
• Participate in a free overnight off-campus retreat to refine leadership skills and build a community among other Goodman Leaders.
• Gain insights through unique mentorship opportunities with Whitman Alumni.
• Have access to resources to acquire certifications and tangible experiences that strengthen resumes and support opportunities at Whitman and beyond.
