Fall 2026 | Meet with an advisor
The University recently launched a new Orange Success platform called Navigate360. Please read through the step-by-step instructions below for how to access virtual drop-in advising or schedule an appointment.
Undergraduate and Graduate Drop-in Schedule:
Registration Drop-In Advising:
Graduate Students: Nov. 10 and 11, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Undergraduate Students (VIRTUAL ONLY): Nov. 12, 13, 16, 17, 18; 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Advising Appointments
Students can schedule an appointment directly with an advisor by viewing their schedules below. When scheduling your appointment, you will need to select the location from the options listed (Virtual or In-person).

Drop-In Advising
Drop-in advising is available Monday through Friday from 2-4 p.m. to all undergraduate and graduate students. Drop-in advising is available both in-person and virtually. Undergraduate drop-ins during registration and add/drop periods is virtual only to be able to accomodate a high volume of students.
- For in-person, sign in at the front desk of Suite 215.
How to Sign In for Virtual Drop-In Advising
Follow these steps to sign-in for virtual drop-in advising, and view this video if you need assistance, or view this instructional PDF.
- Select Link: Whitman Virtual Drop-in Advising
- If directed, log into OrangeSuccess (Navigate360)
- Select Find Available Time button
- On the right side, select the Whitman School of Management link
- Select Check-in with first available to add yourself to the waiting room. When it is your turn, an advisor will email you a link to their Zoom waiting room. If you do not click the Zoom link within a 5 minutes, the advisor will need to move to the next student in the queue to limit the wait time.
