Career Fairs
Career Fairs, hosted at the beginning of each semester, offer an opportunity to meet a large population of undergraduate and graduate applicants. Throughout the week, in partnership with our peer career centers, events are hosted across campus to connect you with students from all disciplines.
Business Career Fair
The Whitman Career Center hosts an evening career fair in both the fall and spring, with hundreds of students in attendance. In the fall, the Whitman Career Center partners with S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications for the Business & Communications Fair, hosted in the JMA Wireless Dome. In the spring, the Whitman Career Center has recently partnered with the School of Information Studies to bring you the Business, Data & Technology Fair. This fair is hosted in the Schine Student Center, centrally located on campus.
We encourage all organizations to attend and meet our phenomenal students. Participation in these fairs is free!
Fall 2023 Business & Communications Fair

We are excited to announce that the Martin J. Whitman School of Management and the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications will be partnering again this fall to connect employers to Syracuse University's talented students through a combined Fall 2023 Business & Communications Fair on September 27th from 3pm - 7pm at the JMA Wireless Dome.
As you look to expand your workforce and hire the best of the best, we hope you will consider attending.
The Business & Communications Fair is taking place in collaboration with all Schools/Colleges within the Syracuse University campus. As one University, we will be promoting this career fair to students interested in business and communications, including accounting, broadcast and digital media, business analytics, consumer services, entertainment, entrepreneurship, financial services, graphic and interactive design, human resources, journalism, management consulting, marketing and advertising, music, podcasting, public relations and communications, real estate, retail, sport, and supply chain and logistics.
Not only is there NO cost to employers for the Business & Communications Fair, the event will provide you with:
The chance to engage with amazing candidates from Syracuse University's nationally ranked, Whitman School of Management and Newhouse School of Public Communications, as well as students from across all schools and colleges on campus.
