This exciting discussion of the 2024 Kenya Cultural Immersion Team’s experiences with human-centric business practices in Kenya has been created by and will be presented by students that have traveled to Kenya under the guidance of Professor E. Wimer. Discover how prioritizing passion, community, and ethical values can transform traditional business models into sustainable and impactful ventures. Learn the crucial role of cultural sensitivity and adaptability in building strong international relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to gain insights that can reshape your approach to business in a global context. While the event will be beneficial to all Whitman students as they prepare to work in the global economy, at the end of the presentation there will be a brief overview of the 2025 trip for sophomores that are interested in applying to join the May 2025 team
